Resultados Experimentales
Presentamos los resultados experimentales de nuestro proceso inspirado en ITMK3, destacando la producción de arrabio con níquel, cobalto y cromo, y sus aplicaciones en limpieza ambiental.
Future Applications
We explore future applications of our technologies in strategic recovery and environmental cleanup, contributing to sustainable and efficient development in the metallurgical industry.
Our R&D work
🔹 Magnetic concentration studies of iron minerals and industrial solid waste.
🔹 Pelleting studies to obtain self-reducing pellets
🔹Studies of carbothermic reduction and obtaining metallic pig iron from industrial solid waste and iron concentrates.
🔹 Use of fine anthracite as an alternative solid reducing agent to petroleum coke.
🔹 Carbothermic reduction technology inspired by the Japanese ITmk3 process, adapted to laboratory conditions
🔹 Final composition of the product with natural alloy: Ni, Co, Cr, ideal for special steels
🔹 Use of industrial solid waste, and contributions to the circular economy
We are currently advancing a project supported by a Phase I SBIR/STTR proposal to be validated in the US, with direct application in areas within the continent as well as outside it: Puerto Rico and future economic reconversion scenarios such as the former Nicaro Nickel Co in Cuba.
Innovations in metallurgy for the revaluation of waste. The main axis of our projects focuses on:
